The original computer utilized to sync all other computers crashed and had to be reloaded. I am still able to add other components/computers to include the original computer now that it has been reloaded, but only through the pairing option. Is there a way to convert one of the working synced computers to now be a Primary Computer?

The main feature that attracts me in Firefox for Android is the ability to synch my Bookmarks with the desktop browser. It does synch the Bookmarks, however, the folder tree of the Desktop Bookmarks is completely messed up and out of order compare to the desktop browser, which makes it difficult to find what I need. It happens both on my tablet and my phone. And there is no option to edit the bookmarks (move them in the proper position). Why is it happening, and is there any way fix this?

I belong to a membership site that is coaching me on e-mail marketing. I want to cut and paste different bits of information and ad links etc. to emails that I am sending out through the site. For some reason, Firefox will not allow me to cut and paste when I am in this particular site?? I can cut and paste in Microsoft Word and other programs with no problem. But when I'm on this particular site it's no deal. This is very frustrating. What can I do to resolve the problem.

my keyboard is extra sensitive while using firefox on hotmail. com . I can type a user bame accurately, but when I type the password to login each key I press types in two or three character s. I can never login with my Firefox browser. I have no issues with hotmail using other browsers.

1. when a page is saved as pdf, the captured title is article.php.number. pdf. this absurd since you have to open all of them to identify what you want. 2. using the browser generates too much data that can consume any available storage with time. if the data is cleared, all add−ons and settings are lost. l love Firefox buy these two problems are unbearable. thank you.

I set up Firefox Sync on a computer with a large monitor (a TV actuall) and I had to increase the DPI in the Gnome monitor settings in order for text to be readable on the large monitor. Now, using Firefox Sync on a laptop with a much smaller monitor, it appears the DPI settings have been synced for Gmail. Gmail somehow stores this information and Firefox has synced it. Is there a way to avoid this? Perhaps I should ask Google instead?

I am running Aurora on Kindle Fire HD 7" and Firefox Mobile on Nexus 4, which makes me very happy! :-) Everything from my Mac to both devices synced beautifully.

Now I have saved a few bookmarks on my mobile devices, but I can't find a way to categorize them, and I can't see the list of new bookmarks anywhere in Firefox on my Mac.

So It appears that Sync runs only one way. Is this correct?

And if so, are there plans in the works to allow categories to be created and assigned on mobile devices, and for bookmarks to be synched in both directions?

The text formatting toolbar in Yahoo mail has disappeared in Firefox19&20 on OS. Also hyperlinks are not working. All seems to be OK on Windows Firefox as well as in Safari!! I am running Windows7 on Parallels on the same Mac so this is really confusing. Getting tired of going to Safari for e-mail writing. Wife has same set-up and all is well !! I have tried safe mode and have tried resetting .

I have even updated to 20 and the problem persists!  HELP!!

The browser (Firefox Browser for Android 20.0.1) itself is great, but I have one problem. When I download a file (and I do this rather often) after closing browser and opening it again, Firefox starts to re-download the same file. It wouldn't be a problem if the file which has been already downloaded earlier wasn't being overwritten. But it often happens that instead of the full file, ie 460mb, I discover that my file is incomplete, of a size of several kbs. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

When I open Marriott.com another hotel site called Room Key opens under the page I am viewing. I wrote to Room Key and they said that my browser should be set to block "pop-unders". I can find no way to do this. I have pop-up blocker turned on but it doesn't seem to work with "pop-unders".

I upgraded to Mountain Lion (10.8.3). Firefox 20 now floods my system log with CGContextSaveGState and CGContextTranslateCTM errors. And when I say floods, I mean floods! I'm getting three messages every second. It does not matter what website I got to. I can open even a local file and it does this.

The performance of FF and my overall system is somewhat degraded. However, I cannot use FF as long as it floods my logs.

I am currently facing a problem with a Chat program using jsp (Java Server Pages) where the chat console works perfect except for one little thing. The chat window does not automatically scroll down to the last reply in the chat window.

I cannot see what goes wrong in here and the manufacturer does not know how to fix this either. Irritatingly this scrolling function is working normally in IE, Chrome and some other browsers.

I sure hope you can help me, as this is a very irritating problem that needs to be solved.

We are using jsf 1.2 So with FireFox 20.0 all our data chooser widgets are not responding Its OK with Firefox 19 Everything is OK in Chrome borwser

As u can see, I put the bookmark toolbar into the navigation bar to save space, but there will be one icon shown in the arrow "show more bookmark" no matter how many bookmarks I put. As the case shown the pic, I put two icons and two folders in the bookmark toolbar, there are still enough space to show all the bookmarks, but it does not choose to. Actually it take more space in this way.

I know it's not a big issue, but it really drag into crazy... Could u solve the problem and provide a function to lock everything?

Desktop has dual boot with Windows 7 (32 bit) and Ubuntu Linux 11.10 (64 bit) with electronic HD ~120 GB. The partitions allow sharing so that Linux can access Windows disk space by using /host/ubuntu... Firefox also used on Windows 7 (this always works). With Ubuntu on boot, I can ping my ISP server ok. On some days attempting to use Firefox (usual or safe-mode) to connect to (any) site will result in a very short connect (maybe one second) followed by a disconnect, and then I can't ping or connect anything until reboot (powercycling the DSL modem does not help). Also, dmesg does not show any error when the connection problem occurs. However, there is a message "no IPv6 router present" and looking up ipv6tables using man help ... suggests there are many flags, settings, in the linux kernel that could be reset when Firefox tries to connect. Perhaps you can suggest which logs might indicate when the trigger gets set by the Firefox (or the kernel). I have tried to resolve the problem by wiping extensions, plugins, hdw accel, etc. I have no idea what I have done (previously) to restore operability...need ability to trace.
