I JUST accidentally deleted my inbox. I believe "delete forever". But I do not see these items in trash or in "all messages". My inbox is empty. Is there any way to recover these emails? I just did this about 3 minutes ago.

Firefox suddenly has become very slow. It takes too much time to load all websites and even the typed words and scrolling has a great delay in appearing. It becomes unresponsive very often. I tried reinstalling it and even reset it. Its becoming a pain to use this to surf the net. Please do help!!

I was told that, once I installed and used CHROME, it took over for most of any other browser's operation. I have removed CHROME as best I could, because of privacy concerns, but I notice in FIREFOX's about:config many references to CHROME. I would like to remove them. Is it advisable or safe? Or would I be better off un-installing FIREFOX and downloading a new copy of it??... and if so, how do I save my Bookmarks, etc.?? Best Regards, Bill Lindquist

For a long time my chosen websites appeared as thumbnail images on the new tab page when I began a new session, maybe since about FF15, I don't recall for sure. Recently, however, whilst using FF20.0.1 this behaviour stopped and none of the thumbnail images for my selected websites opened up, although the links to them remained and this behaviour has continued to FF21, which I have been using since yesterday (19th May). This is not a serious issue, but I do like things to work properly and to understand why they don't. I don't know why there should be a relationship between the two events, but the problem began after having opened the new tab page and before the images opened up I clicked on one of the links - where the thumbnail image would normally be - to go to the website; thereafter FF failed to retain a memory of the thumbnail images from one session to the next. By the way, I never empty my history cache only my main web cache that has previously had no effect on my new tab thumbnails, not since about FF15 or so anyway.

seems to be some adware/malware that captures where I go on the net. it slows down page loading significantly. Every time I click a link or renew a page it shows in the lower left hand corner ("connecting i.simpli.fi").

How can I get rid of it?

I am running firefox 21.0.

Microsoft does not suggest using the admin profile/user as one`s main internet browsing venue, so I have made another account with limited access for security purposes. The problem is my admin account has all my Firefox bookmarks! So basically I am trying to import bookmarks from Mozilla Firefox to another? Mozilla Firefox browser on my computer! Most of your import help is form a DIFFERENT browser,Chrome, Explorer,ect ,but not from Firefox to Firefox, if you will. Does this make sense?

I keep getting an "Untrusted" connection even though the certificates are available and have been able to connect to this page in the past.

I don't have this problem with OPERA or IE8.

I followed the instructions about how to put my bookmarks in alpha order but it didnt work so what is the correct way to do it in alpha order a-z

hello, the view menu in the library doesn't change the arrangement of bookmarks themselves (but only allows you to temporarily view them sorted by certain criteria). in order to organize them alphabetically, right-click a bookmarks folder & select "sort by name".

but there is no sort by name in the droip down box when I right click a bookmarks folder, but I eventually found the folder and done it as sort by name showed so I click on it and closed the bookmark, then opened again but did not change?

Just redid my XP installation. In past, under hk.yahoo.com (Hong Kong Yahoo, Chinese), I'd get a writing pen next to the search box so I can write Chinese. Now, with the latest Firefox installed, I don't have it anymore. What can I do to get it back? Thanks for any help.

only about 1/4 of the listings on ebay have the times that the auctions have left the others show nothing at all. I posted on ebay to try and remedy the problem to no avail. I did not see this problem until I installed 21.0. please help

Every time when I start Firefox (FF) I receive a message about opening an application/octet-stream. Asking whether I want to open it or save it. If I don't respond (which is what I do) a few moment later I receive a message about not being able te save a file. If I respond to this with [OK] both messages disapear and I can go on using FF. These messages don't limit FF. Or make it impossible to work with FF. They are just annoying. How can I prevent these messages from still appearing?

the above targeted ad comes to every page even in firefox.com how this comes and how to fix

while on the site my cat sat on my keyboard reducing the size of the screen. the smaller size only shows on this site. when i go other places the size is ok, but the gsn size is alot smaller and it prevents me from playing the games because i cant get to the start button on most of them. need to make the whole screen normal size again. tried resolution and it did not work

Each time I log into the internet (Google) a [JavaScript Application] box pops us indicating "Error: TypeError: boxOverlay_AVG is null".

I do notice that I am unable to print certain pages from internet sites.

I'm running XP Pro 3. There are minor anomalies with a couple additional sites, but nothing I haven't been able to work around. Not so with eBay, however. I can't ask a question of a seller because the verification image doesn't appear. I can't effect a purchase because the "confirm" command doesn't appear. Similar problems with non-appearing command windows occur in yahoomail.com and some videos won't play on foxnews.com, youtube.com. Such problems are, evidently, not unique to my experience. It seems Mozilla would offer, directly, acknowledgement and fixes, but, I have yet to find same.

Anything I print that is not from the Internet or email is fine. Any and all saved documents etc print as they always have. But suddenly anything from the Internet or any emails that I print are so small I can hardly read them.
