Hi, I followed the instructions to alter security to allow downloads from this site, but the box is still inert. Nothing happens when I click on "allow" or "x" to close it. I already restarted the computer. I'm trying to install firefox on my iPhone 4S. Thanks.

Once firefox on the computer is closed for the first time after sync is setup it will not longer sync to the iPhone. I have tried deleteing and reading account several times. I refresh the app on iPhone. Nothing will work. One the initial sync is complete. Thats it.

I go to lots of places during school and it makes my school day longer. K12 is only available on Firefox and I would like to install it but I have an iPhone and an iPhone is not a choice! :( I'm home school btw but it would be great! Thanks!

Website automatically downloaded Firefox while I was looking for information. I think full computer version may have downloaded into iPhone5. although website shows App folder for installation process, in the iPhone5 the screen instructions say to open the file with Evernote. Enote says the file is too large to download. No App folder shows on the screen. When i open usual App folder, nothing there. So, Firefox appears downloaded but not installed, I think. How do I get this large file out of my phone? File does not show in the iPhone5 program list, probably because it has not been opened, so the usual delete process will not work. Please help.

I have replaced my laptop and install Firefox 16.0.2. I have been unable to sync it with my existing iPhone Firefox app. It was working fine on my old computer, both running Windows 7. For my last attempt I logged onto my sync account and deleted it. Now trying to set up a new sync account and it says my email address is already in use. When I launch the Firefox app on my iPhone it goes direct to a screen that Firefox Home requires a sync account. I have deleted and re-installed the app but that did not help. I'm stumped.

I'm trying to sync firefox on my laptop & my iphone, I have lost my recovery key & trying to get a new one. I have a user name & password, but when I follow the directions that I found on another forum, I'm unable to click the link that says "I have lost my other device". All of the other links in the pop-up tab seem to work, but I can't figure out what the "I have lost my other device" doesn't. Anyone with a recommendation?

Firefox Home shows up as "purchased" in my apps listings for/on my iPhone 3G but will not install on my phone either through iTunes syncing or through my iPhone apps application. What is wrong? All other apps install, deinstalled, and reinstall fine. The app used to work fine, but one day I noticed it was missing from my phone and now it won't reload.

When I click "send me instructions" on the iPhone and put in my email address, I get the message "Unable to submit your email, please try again later (400)." I've been getting this for a week.

When I try to set up an account on my desktop, I click "Finish" and the dialog box disappears but nothing else happens. I still have "Set up sync" in Tools, nothing happens if I click "I have an account". Nothing happens if I click "Sync Options" either.

I downloaded the app firefox home but it's indicating that i have to sync in my home computer but i cannot find the way to sync and i have the read the intructiones but nothing can help. hope to hear from anybody soon.
