an instrumental on a plane and the president discussing the leak-plays when ever i open a video on. they will play then the current and sometimes together. vlc plug in and silverlight. Disabled one then the other. No change. Both and still played. On Beta so info available.

I can't use any add-ons, themes, etc. All of them cause my nav bar to turn red and say I haven't enough data for that site. I'm afraid a virus will creep in if I use any add-ons. What fun is a browser that you can personalize. I know I have beta, but even reg FF was doing this. I have win xp and can't update just yet. I'm not sure what else I can do. I had to begin FF all over again with new data, just to get rid of the add-ons and red nav bar. Are you going to fix this? It's not just one add-on it's all of them.

It seems like everytime I use a complete theme- this time Noia 4- the nav bar, or the letters on the nav bar, turn red. Why can't I find a complete theme that works? I have Windows XP.

I want to have Firefox delete all cookies upon exiting, except for those from specific domains that I designate. Even though I would think this would be a pretty obvious setting to have, I cannot find anyway to do this.

As near as I can tell, the only two options I have within the Firefox privacy settings are to either have all cookies deleted on exit, or none of them. Is there truly no middle ground? Here are my current Firefox settings; if someone could tell me what I need to adjust to get the desired result, I would greatly appreciate it:

The 'Exceptions' submenu has several domains set to "Allow" - these are the cookies I would like Firefox to keep on exit.

Settings for clearing History - In this submenu, 'Cookies' is unchecked. While this is unchecked, Firefox will not delete any cookies on exit, even though I have the 'Keep until I close Firefox" option enabled. But if I check this box, Firefox deletes all cookies on exit and ignores my Allowed Exceptions. This seeems to make no sense to me.

I have a problem with playing youtube video's on Firefox for a while now.

I am running this on the newest firefox on a Dell Latitude D430 1,33Ghz Core2Duo 64bit 2GB mem Windows7 x64 SP1. The problem is that there is a lot of breaking up in audio and video while even loading the video at 360P In the meanwhile, Internet Explorer runs the same Youtube video 720P without hick-ups in any kind.

Looking at the progress download bar, it holds for a while then loads again, at these moments, the inconsistencies are even worse.

I Have the same problem on my Phenom X4 940 PC with 8GB memory and a AMD HD6870 videocard with newest drivers running on a stripe raid SSD Corsair GT hard drive with Windows 7 x64 SP1.

It doesn't matter if I run firefox with or without the plugins and add-ons or without, (after restart fifo ofc) Or even reinstalling Firefox.

My Notebook is able to run 720P material without any problem. CPU usage is at an average of 70% which is more then enough reserve for background processes. My PC is able to run 2560x1600 without any problem. CPU usage is at an average of 60% which also has enough reserve. This ofc is when the video's are run from the harddrive or even USB.

In both cases, firefox is running terrible trying to play a youtube video. Internet explorer and Chrome is running fine.

Oh and my internet is a 60Mbit up and 6 Mbit down cable connection.

How to fix these problems? I already fixed the Google Maps bug due to Ghostery.

I recently noticed that the graphics in Firefox have become large and blurry. It's like they are all being zoomed automatically. I can't pinpoint exactly when this started, but I'm sure it hasn't been like this forever, because it would have driven me crazy long ago! I didn't change any of the settings myself, so I wonder if it has something to do with a Firefox update.

Anyway, when looking at websites, I have to zoom out twice from the default zoom state before images look crisp again.

However, the issue also applies to graphics that are part of the Firefox interface. For example, the icons in my bookmarks toolbar are blurry. So are the home icon, the downloads icon, and other built-in graphics that I can't zoom.

Whenever I'm shopping online, if I mouse over a picture if gives me a popup with similar items from other stores, what plugin is doing that and how do I turn it off? It is really annoying. When I am shopping I do not need to know that I can get a random, remotely similar product somewhere else.

Something is wrong with my web browser, and I'm upset because this is the best browser.

The problems are: - Firefox won't let me set my homepage. It will work fine in one Firefox session, but if I close the browser and then reopen it the homepage is reset to the Firefox Google Search page. - The new tab doesn't show the 9x9 grid.

I have followed the methods of by "Click on Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Info > Show Folder" and deleting prefs.js and then restarting the browser. This hasn't worked.

I have also used the method of getting the SearchReset add-on and this works for one Firefox session but then Firefox resets to the "buggy" version with the problems listed above.

I have also done a complete uninstall of Firefox and downloaded and installed the latest version. This didn't work. I also tried other versions of Firefox, namely the Beta, Aurora and Nightly and none worked.

These problems first occured after installing Freemake Video Converter which installed Delta-Search without me knowing. I've uninstalled Freemake and I've also managed to get rid of Delta-Search. But since getting rid of that problem, I am now left with this. Please help, I don't want to use Chrome or IE. They're horrible.

After updating to release 21.0, I'm no longer able to join an online meeting using Microsoft Lync 2010 if Firefox is set as my default browser. I get prompted to "Join the meeting using your web browser" or "Download and install Lync Attendee". Neither option works. Joining using web browser results in a prompt to install missing plugins, but then no suitable plugins are found. Trying to install Lync Attendee fails because Lync 2010 is already installed.

I also tried installing Firefox beta release 22.0, but the issue remains.

Since a week or so every time when I close my Firefox browser a command prompt pops up for a short moment. It's not really an annoyance, but it doesn't seem in order.

Judging from the title of the window it's something to do with saving my browser profile.

In Firefox 19.0.2, and in Firefox 20beta4, I have an issue that my "add a new tab" button keeps disappearing when I customize toolbars.

No problem, I can just do a customize, find the new tab button, and drop it right next to the last tab, right? Wrong. It doesn't allow you to drop it there, only all the way to the right.

This leads to a situation where the "+" appears when I am customizing toolbars, but is not visible once I finish customizing.

I can restore it by doing "restore default set." But then I have to start over on my customizations.

When it is all the way to the right, it is supposed to pin to the right of the last tab, right? But dropping it there creates a situation where the "+" simply doesn't appear in the regular interface.

Again, "restore default set" fixes the issue, but how can you drop it next to the last tab, or have it not disappear if you drop it all the way to the right of the tabs?

I use [control]- and [control]+ on the number pad to zoom the text in and out.

For some reason, [control]+ on the number pad no longer works. It does, however, work using the number keys at the top of the keyboard.

I have tried starting Firefox with no extensions loaded ... no joy. I have tried creating a new profile under my user account ... no joy. I have system administrator privileges.

When I launch Firefox using the Full Administrator's account and password, all the keys work.

I'm using Firefox 22.0 on top of Windows XP Professional.

I have a Fitbit Tracker Zip. I can not seem to get it to sync. No matter what I do I my computer can't seem to see the Dongle that syncs the tracker with my laptop. Fitbit's help desk folks say that I need to check my proxy server settings, however the instructions they gave me to do that don't match what I saw when I look into the Tools section on Firefox

Has anyone had similar issues?
