screen sized changed! I accidently hit 'shift' and some other key.

I accidently hit a combination of keys (either shift or Ctrl) and my screen now has a black box around it with SCREEN SIZE options!

How can I revert to normal and what keys did I hit to make this happen in the first place?

That's the Responsive Design View, which opens when you press Ctrl+Shift+m. Press that same combination again to remove it, or try pressing the Esc key.

Also, I would recommend you updating to Firefox 21.
