rover ebay problem

About a two weeks ago I could no longer access any EBAY URLs on their rover.ebay.com server.

I can access them through Explorer but NOT Firefox. Need some help in finding the problem.

i'm getting error "The eBay page or feature you are attempting to access is not responding."

checked in firefox and chrome...

Could you provide the error or snapshot

Here's the troubleshooting log info ... I don't receive any 'error' information as you did. The browser just 'hangs'. But as I said if I copy the URL and paste it into IE it works fine.

I think the URL is wrong,it's not working in safari

The only problem is that it works with INTERNET EXPLORER. So it must be something regarding how the URL is handled. That's the mystery.
