problem in downloading music and video files.
hello, I am using firefox beta downloaded from play store, all other things are working fine but the problem is that whenever I click on and try to download any music or video file from direct download link, it starts loading and come back to same page without any downloading. I tried it many times from different sites and even tried to use firefox for android for downloading music or video files but the nothing can able to solve the problem. so dear please tell me that how download these files using firefox. waitng..........

Firefox can play back most media files these days. We recently added a save option which should show up on Firefox Beta in a few weeks.
For downloading music and video you can just add two addon
video downloadhelper and DownThemAll!
I think it will solve your problem.

dear I try both the addons but there is an error in both of them. in video downloader it shows an error that it is not compatible with firefox beta 20. and in download them all it showa an error that it is not updated for firefox beta 20. so dear now tell me that what to do??

As I said on the upcoming version of Firefox Beta will have a context menu option to save such media. This will be released to the Play Store at the end of the first week of April.
If you want to try a developer build you can download Aurora 22 from http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/mobile/aurora/

@ kbrosnan, okk dear iwill wait for it but I also want to suggest u that please try to include quit option and a feature in which even if we close or minimize the firefox beta, even then downloading will continue to move in background........ because in firefox 20 beta when I minimze the firefox.... the downloading stops or stuck at a point.......

@kbrosnan, dear according to you in new update, there is an option to save music and video files. But when i update to new version, i haven't found any option to save files. so dear what to do now?
