how do I get to my bookmarks?
clicking menu has no option for listing the bookmarks the app created.

I am using the Android version and I can get to a place where I see three tabs and one is bookmarks, but with all the bookmarks I have made already none are listed there.
Firefox is a separate application and does not share bookmarks with the 'Browser' or 'Internet' application. If you would like to import those bookmarks you should be able to import those using the 'Import from Android' option in the Firefox settings.
If you bookmarked them in Firefox you should be able to quickly find your bookmarks by tapping on the address bar and typing a few letters of the Website name or URL.
