how to uninstall addons
I can disable but not uninstall addons on Firefox for android. how to do this. I also cannot Dow load self destructing cookies add on. thanks in advance.

Extensions written for Desktop Firefox need to be ported to work with Firefox for Android.
You should be able to uninstall extensions from the Add-ons window. You can reach it by typing about:addons in the address bar.

When I go to about:addons on my Nexus 10 tablet, I can see the add ons that I want to remove. I can disable them but not uninstall. The two particular addons that I want to remove from my tablet are amazon and twitter, but in general I want to be able any addon.

Those are search engines not extensions. Those can only be disabled.
