Firefox stopped responding no matter what I'm browsing just started this a week ago for no apparent reason what is wrong
firefox stops responding for no reason, no matter what I'm browsing or can just be on facebook and not responding pops up and stops working

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
