How do i sync my moz back up (firefox and thunderbird) from my old pc to my new imac?

Have a new imac and am trying to sync my moz back up files from my previous pc. ie (firefox - favs, passwords, no squint etc AND thunderbird -emails etc). How do I do it?? Thanks for your help :)

I understand that you would like to transfer the information from Firefox in your previous PC to your new Mac. If so, you may find this article on how to Back up and restore information in Firefox profiles helpful.

For Thunderbird, you can look at this article.

Thanks Ralph!! Sorry for late reply have been catching fish in NZ!! I'm not great with computers but the tech guy at the computer store I bought the apple from thinks it will be ok??? Thanks again :) Pegster
