set up sync. Works great. Restart Firefox, sybc no longer setup and working.
Very odd problem with sync.
Set up sync account on computer #1. Get sync codes from computer #2 and Laptop #3. Use "pair device" in computer #1 and everything is linked great. I can sit there and add/remove bookmarks and watch them sync on each of the three devices. In all three of the devices I can of course "force" the link by selecting "sync now" under the "tools" menu.
Here is where it goes sideways. If I close and restart Firefox on any of the three devices, the "sync" is gone on that device and I no longer have the "sync now" option. It is replaced with "set-up sync". This even happens on the primary computer #1. Only way I can get sync back is to go to the website to manage the sync account, delete it, make a new one, and resync all devices. But or course it only lasts as long as I don't restate Firefox.
Any help is appreciated. F.D.

Question owner
Cor-el,
Thank you. So did the "reset preferences" option and it worked on the primary device. But I also had to do it to all the other devices or problem would come back. Now it is working. Strange bug for sure. Please report if you would as I am betting it will come back again.
Cheers.
