can not get e-mail or any website with a password my home page is netzero before x-mas it worked fine
my pc with windows 7 was working up until just before x-mas now i can not use firefox to get my email or any thing else that requires a password. the screen that comes up does not allow or have a place to put in the password most other pages are ok

"Clear the Cache":
- Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe mode start window or otherwise make changes.
