Do Plugins sync?
I understand that Add-ons are synced between desktop browsers. However are Plugins synced too?
I plan to create a sync account for an institution, which can be synced with online distance students, so there are less problems in terms of browser settings and plugins etc.

In the initial version of Add-on Sync, only extensions and themes installed from addons.mozilla.org were sync'd. I doubt that this will expand outside of the active profile folder to system-installed plugins such as Flash.
