Not unless you have another device with this data. Sync isnt a backup service and never was meant to be one.

- User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.17 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/24.0.1312.60 Safari/537.17
More Information
To prove it is your data you need the account key, and you need access to the original email account. That allows you to access the data.
Because the data is encrypted there is AFAIK nothing more any admin may do to help you. Please note sync is not intended as a data backup service, but you may consider the other synced device as a backup.
Have you got data on any other other device still ?
Like John said, there is no way to get your data back. Once you regenerate your recovery key, the Sync Servers automatically delete all your data (as the reset Sync dialog warns you will happen, https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Replace%20your%20Sync%20information).
