How to restore Sync data that have been replaced by empty data

I lost my old laptop, I had new one, tried to restore Sync Recovery Key, so it did erase everything ! this was synced to the server, so you must had a backup of that data, how can I restore it plz ? I can do anything to prove that was my old account in order to retrieve that data.

any help ?

Not unless you have another device with this data. Sync isnt a backup service and never was meant to be one.

To prove it is your data you need the account key, and you need access to the original email account. That allows you to access the data.

Because the data is encrypted there is AFAIK nothing more any admin may do to help you. Please note sync is not intended as a data backup service,but you may consider the other synced device as a backup.

Have you got data on any other other device still ?

Like John said, there is no way to get your data back. Once you regenerate your recovery key, the Sync Servers automatically delete all your data (as the reset Sync dialog warns you will happen, https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Replace%20your%20Sync%20information).
