Is Mozilla going to stop supporting Firefox?

More Information
hello, this is most certainly not true.
Question owner
I had a problem with a website running really slow and sent in a comment to their customer support (marthastewart.com) and this was the reply they sent me,
"Hello,
Thank you for visiting marthastewart.com
In order to view the site, your computer must meet the following minimum technical requirements:
PC Windows XP: Internet Explorer 8 or higher, Firefox 9.0 or higher, Chrome, Opera Windows 7: Internet Explorer 8 or higher, Firefox 9.0 or higher, Chrome, Opera Vista: Internet Explorer 8 or higher, Firefox 9.0, Chrome, Opera
Mac Safari 4.0.5 or higher Firefox 9.0 or higher (3.6.26 for OS Snow Leopard 10.4.11) Chrome Opera
(We'll likely drop support for Firefox near the end of February or March when Mozilla stops supporting it.)"
I wonder why they would say that if it isn't true. It's just so weird.
maybe they referred to the firefox 3.6.28-branch. support for it was indeed dropped march last year - but new firefox versions will certainly continue to roll out :-)
The website probably had a typo in their email. The latest version of Firefox (18.0.2 right now) is supported and always will be, but old versions are dropped from support. Don't worry, Firefox isn't going away.

Man, they had me in a panic thinking I was going to have to switch browsers. Whew! Thanks!
You should ask them if they can be more clear by what they meant by "(We'll likely drop support for Firefox near the end of February or March when Mozilla stops supporting it.)"
Firefox development is still going strong on both desktop (Windows, Mac OSX and Linux) and with mobile Firefox (for Android 2.2+).
For example:

Besides if it was true, it would be a hot topic all over the tech sites and threads on this forum if Mozilla was going to drop the Firefox browser (their main product) so abruptly after over ten years (Phoenix 0.1 was released sept 2002).
Perhaps even link them to this thread.
