My text is coming up very small and greyed out when I bring up Interface Express through Mozilla but not so when I bring it up under Explorer Help please

Is this about the user interface (toolbar) area or on a web page?
Reset the page zoom on pages that cause problems.
- View > Zoom > Reset (Ctrl+0 (zero); Cmd+0 on Mac)
