My firefox will not loat at all?
When I click on the icon to start firefox all I get is the hour glass for about a second and then nothing. I have tried using the Windows malware removal tool then I restarted the computor and the same thing happens. I am having to use IE to get to you.

hello can you get firefox to start by pressing the shift key while it is launching (this should open firefox in safemode)?
you also might want to run a scan with different tools like the free version of malwarebytes, adwcleaner & kaspersky security scan...
A possible cause is security software (firewall,anti-virus) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

My problem is the same as well as not being able to re-install Firefox. I've tried all the security options and still nothing. My firewall is ok, and the anti-virus software is up to date. What could be the problem?
