Hello!
A client sent us a sample of an HTML5 file that he converted with our PowerPoint-to-HTML5 product. It plays fine in Firefox 17 (and other browsers), but in 18.x, it looks weird!
Sample: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/6322239/WORK/Shared/02.01.06.zip
Our product: http://www.ispringsolutions.com/ispring-converter
I'd appreciate any help! -b

jscher2000 3 months ago The error console mentions a problem with box-sizing. Not sure whether that is relevant.

rtarbinar 3 months ago thanks, but it's all pretty speculative; anything substantive i can take to the client? ;) "wait for v20/21", or i saw something about a "nightly version"?
i don't wanna look a gift horse in the mouth, of course; i do appreciate the free service you provide here.

jscher2000 3 months ago Well, my eyes almost fell out when I looked at the site's JavaScript, so I don't think I'll be able to dig into it much deeper myself. Hopefully someone else has been following this issue more closely and can be more specific.

rtarbinar 3 months ago my sincere thanks for continuing to pursue this issue even after my initial pickiness. i can certainly understand that you don't want to end up with par-boiled eyeballs from staring at code all day!.
anyway, please let me know if there's any more information i can request from the client that might help. we also have a flash converter; might it be informative to convert the same animation to .swf and compare the output to the html5? for that matter, what about the original ,ppt?
just let me know. thanks again! -b
