by TylerdownerCan you not click on Help, and then go to Update Firefox? Update Firefox to the latest version
If that fails to work, please do the following:
- Restart your Computer
- Go to www.getfirefox.com , download Firefox again.
- Completely Exit Firefox (make sure it still isn't running in the dock)
- Install the newer version of Firefox
You should be updated to Firefox 18.0.1 now.
After updating Firefox, please make sure you update your plugins (https://www.mozilla.org/plugincheck/), and also make sure you are using Mac 10.6.8.

Ok, well that's a step in the right direction, but you are still out of date. Please update to Firefox 18.0.1, the most recent version. Running 14 will leave you exposed to many major security flaws, plus it is slower and less stable than Firefox 18.0.1 Update Firefox to the latest version
