A lot of people are having this problem. Do not worry about it, both Adobe and Mozilla are working on it:

Also,it seems that they've found already a solution: How to fix the bug Until then,you can download a stable version of flash,for example v 10,because for me everything works fine.

• Here are some older versions of Adobe flash player

The best solution would be downgrading to adobe flash 10.3:
