cant get sync to work between desktop and laptop. on laptop sync says recovery key wrong.
On desktop generated a new recovery key, saved it ok, clicked "change recovery key", showed "changing recovery key...." but then gave "There was an error while changing your recovery key!" Tried this several times but no good. Sync seems quite buggy on both computers. Have followed all help instructions but no joy. What else can I try?
