nsappshell a firefox program steady runs on my pc how do i remove it? tried uninstalling mozilla firefox but because it steady runs it wont let me..

Mozilla firefox will not open when i try to access the internet.. but yet when i turn off my computer i get an End program Error saying that NsAppshell:Event window will not close which i believe is a firefox program.. I'V TRIED UNINSTALLING FIREFOX but apperently it is always running so i am unable to UNINSTALL IT. How do i find this program to remove it
so i can remove firefox from my PC???
It is probably a trojan or a virus causing the problem. Scan with an antivirus. See this page:
