I installed firefox on windows 8 and had problems with freezing and flash player crashing. I uninstalled firefox and proceeded to re-install it but keep getting an error saying I have to restart my computer in order for the uninstall to take effect before I can re-install. Problem is I have restarted several times and this error keeps coming up. How do I fix this?
