why does the text pointer ebhave abnormally?

in case i want to delete a character somewhere in the middle of a long sentence. i tap there and press the backspace key. it removes dt chadacter bt however then it moves to the end of sentencs. it is so much annoying. please provide a fix for it. i use samsung galaxy tab 2 . also please provide next button and a left right pointer movement button. thank you

Is this different from this bug fix?

Holding backspace may delete text both in front of and behind the cursor (bug 770291)

There's a chance a fix might be on Aurora. Try out Aurora (http://aurora.mozilla.org) for Android and report back here. Otherwise, you can try out Nightly too (http://nightly.mozilla.org); hopefully either contain a fix.
