How do i get rid of avg.name from my search bar?
I have tried everything I can think of to get rid of this. It is a total pain. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it keeps coming back. I can't get to a website without trying 10 times and by the time I actually get to the website I am so irritated that I can't enjoy doing anything. It's very frustrating. I have started using Chrome and will continue to do so until I get this resolved. I would rather have Firefox, but it just isn't worth the headache and frustration. Thanks for any help you can give me.

hello, first of all please disable or remove any avg related extension in firefox > addons > extensions and afterwards install the search reset addon: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/searchreset/
