some forums auto email you when there's a reply to a thread on which you've posted. Does yours?

Then you already have email updates turned on for that question thread. When you enable that feature the tag changes from get to stop.

Hello the-edmeister. I have 'Stop email updates" ( above "Subscribe to Feed") but I can't see a "Get email updates" tag.

Or is it me? ;o)

On reflection, whereas many forums give a start menu, with choices about topics etc and have a 'start new thread' button, that's not the position here.

I clicked on Help, then 'Get Community Support' then I had to make a lot of choices and ask a question before getting anywhere near to posting the thread.

There was nothing on that screen about "Get replies" so I now presume that this is a standard setting.

Does this make sense, the ed-meister, please?

Its Usually on PHPbb forums, When you post and create new topic you see this option of "notify me when there's reply" but in other forum you see option of Notification in your profile, recently i about discussing about assignment writing service assignment writing service on education forum , but that forum is by default emailing me Notifications when i am getting reply. In short i depends on Forum software script.
