Question

I have sync my firefox a/c and I have deleted my personal user data from the C:/ drive. Now when I start my firefox I saw that there is no password and bookmarks etc. I feel sad, but I do remember that I have created firefox sync a/c and may be I can get back whole data which I have uploaded at the time to sync. But there is no option to get back my data which is already sync with firefox a/c. I check to login https://account.services.mozilla.com/ there any way to get back data but there is no option. How can I get back my sync data.
