Can you please give more details on which toolbar are you referring to? Are you talking about the bookmarks bar by any chance? It would be great if you could provide a little more details so we can help you.

Also, please immediately update to Firefox 18.0.1, as the version you are running has known security issues and bugs. Update Firefox to the latest release
