When deleting an email,a corresponding box appears on the taskbar w.FF logo & "Message Lise...",for each successive deletion. Can this be corrected? Thank you.
The successive boxes can be removed by right clicking on each one and deleting them in turn. The internet support department for my internet cable provided had never heard of this problem before. They suggested that I clear any cookies, however,I routinely clear cookies after a session on my computer, yet, the problem has persisted.
