Is it safe to change to change the dafault location for my firefox profile, to lets say, my D: partition or my external drive?

the-edmeister 4 months ago Probably best not to relocate a Firefox Profile to an external drive, because if you should inadvertently launch Firefox and that drive wasn't connected, Firefox would probably create a new Profile due to not being able to find the Profile it expects to use.

kwnstas 4 months ago Yeah of course, my main concern is wether i will have problems from moving it to a folder that i can always have access to but is different than the default one.
