plugin check opens every time I start firefox

I did a search and none of the solutions seem to help. - I checked plugins.update.notifyUser and it was set to true. I changed it to false and it worked one time. Then the next time it's back to true - I ran the error console code to update blocklist.xml - I disabled all my plugins and extensions

none have helped yet.

Please update to Firefox 18, then Reset Firefox. Reset Firefox – easily fix most problems

After that, can you go to about:plugins and copy and paste the data there into this thread?

yep, that seems to have done it. I was holding off on the latest version because one of my plugins wasn't compatible, but I guess I can live without it. It's less annoying than having the plugin check run every time. Below is the plugin info, if you still want to see it.
