Hi,
I have problem with automatic deleting history in my firefox 18. My job is to search hundreds websites daily. And it's crutial I see all websites I visited in history. I need my history never been deleted for years. But this morning I saw that I haven't history before 22. november 2012. And after hours of work I saw my history afternoon and I haven't history before 23. november 2013. Probably there is some time or memory restriction ( I have 50 GB free). My setting in tools/options/privacy is set on "remember history".
Please help, my job depends on this.

hello Dražen, try the following to increase the storage for kept history entries inside firefox:
enter about:config into the firefox location bar (confirm the info message in case it shows up), then right click somewhere in the page & create a new integer preference with the name places.history.expiration.max_pages & a very high number as value (which is the equivalent of the number of history entries that should be stored before they begin to expire)...
in case your data is so valuable for your livelihood, i'd also recommend doing regular backups of your firefox profile:

I made new integer with name places.history.expiration.max_pages
value 999999999
So I will leave reply when I chack history again after work.
Advice of backup is good and I'm making backup every day last months...
