How to turn off rolloever activation
I want to prevent activation of ANY menu action except by clicking on it.

I want to disable rollover activations in Firefox, particularly the bookmarks pull-down menu.
That is not possible.
Folders will open automatically if you hover them for a short while.
You can consider to use the Bookmarks sidebar (View > Sidebar > Bookmarks).
