I installed Firefox 18 but it doesnt open or function
Firefox 18 is installed and it doesn't nor function. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it but no luck. When I try to open firefox 18 a message comes up which says"A copy ofirefox is already open. Only one copy of Firefox can be open at one time." I uninstalled every copy of Firefox But nothing works. I cannot reset fire fox as it does not open.

Try to delete the profiles.ini file to force Firefox to create a new default profile.
