When listening to music videos on You Tube the video & music stops & starts approx. every 3 to 4 seconds . I have cleared all Catch history . What is going on ? How can I listen to a song & watch its video to enjoy it from beginning to end without this happening ?

Make sure that you allow the plugin-container process in the firewall.
You can also check for problems caused by extensions.

If the new profile works then you can transfer some files from an existing profile to the new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.
Try to boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.
