how to make FF reload tabs at startup
i have set it to reload in tools but it will not reload and the history are gray.

In case you are using "Clear history when Firefox closes":
- do not clear the "Browsing History"
- Tools > Options > Privacy: History: [X] Clear history when Firefox closes > Settings
