I have enabled all plugins yet they still show disabled
Also I have restarted my computer. The plugins show their name then disabled.

You should be able to go to the add-on menu, click plug-ins, click on the plug-in you want to enable, and click "enable". If this doesn't work, then try clicking on the tools drop down menu in the Add-ons page and click "Reset All Add-ons to Update Automatically
Sorry your having problems with Firefox!
Try to delete the pluginreg.dat file in the Firefox Profile Folder and maybe addons.sqlite as well to reset the plugin registry databases.
Two plugins are enabled but the remainder are disabled regardless of what I try. All have been enabled and updated but still the problem persists.
Everything was fine under FF17 it is only since the upgrade was applied.
