Can not import my bookmarks, etc., which i stored on your servers using Sync, from my other computer.
Three or four days ago I set up a Sync account to export my bookmarks, etc,. from my old PC. Now using my new machine I attempted to import that data without success. I have not reset my Sync account so the data, I think, should be somewhere.

In your last post you wrote: No, but I reset it in an attempt to get all of this to work.
If you really did reset your sync key or otherwise do not have a backup of that key then you can't access that old data anymore via the sync server.
The sync key is used locally to encrypt your data before sending it to the sync server.
If you do not have the correct sync key then there is no way to retrieve data stored on the Sync server.
