Looks to me like much of the site is in a strange alphabet. How's your Burmese?
You might try fiddling with Preferences -> Content -> Languages -> "Choose your preferred language for displaying pages". The code for Burmese is "my", because Burma is now called Myanmar.
I don't have glyphs for this language, so that didn't help me. But if you can read Burmese, then perhaps you might have them.
