stops responding when signing in to ebay and stops internet explorer also until computer powered back on from shut down
when asked to sign back in to my ebay firefox stopped resonding and when i closed it down and tried to reopen firefox it does nothing so i tried explorer and it also would not open.i tried a restart and it was the same.i shut down and they worked again but i still cannot use firefox to sign in to ebay,explorer works no problem.i tried resetting firefox to no effect and im using 1701 so no update available.i tried clearing cache and memory --no change(im on windows 7 home premium)on a HP laptop.this started 3 days ago
