Firefox did an update on my computer which affected using the cam or viewing cams at a website. How do I fix this?

Posted

The website I go to was always working before with cams, and I was just there before the update. After Firefox did the update the cams would not work anymore - neither mine nor any others. It is blank. How do I fix this or go back to the old Firefox version? Thanks.

Are these cameras publicly accessible for us to test? What plugin do they use )java, flash, etc.)? You actually aren't even on the most recent Firefox version, which may be your problem, try to update Firefox Update Firefox to the latest version, then update your plugins, https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/
