I tried restarting my Siphon account to change the password, I also tried uninstalling Siphon and re-installing, assigning a new password to it, but it won't take effect. I am forced to continue to use my old password, which is no longer secure.

I would prefer to talk to a human over the phone if possible. I can be reached at < phone number removed> weekdays after 3:00:P.M. Eastern Standard Time, or anytime on weekends. Thank you.
