After updating Firefox no longer works with Hide IP, it works fine with IE so a firefox problem. Your FAQ answer on this does not solve the issue
Running latest version of FF. Running Hide IP NG 1.69. The two do not like each other. Hide IP works fine in IE so issue is with FF. Worked fine on earlier version of FF. If i have Hide IP working FF will not connect with any sites at all. Your FAQ do not solve the problem

You actually aren't running the latest version of Firefox. Please update to Firefox 16.0.2 (or update to Firefox 17 tomorrow) then test again. Update Firefox to the latest version

Nope ... installed 16.0.2 and still the same issue.
