We have no plans to release the full Firefox browser for iOS. The iOS SDK agreement requires apps to use Apple's own JavaScript engine (or none at all... Because of this, we have no supported way to distribute Firefox's rendering and JavaScript engine to iPhone users.

There was a browser prototype called Junior that uses the same WebKit rendering engine found in Safari for the iPad. http://www.webmonkey.com/2012/06/mozilla-junior-brings-firefox-to-your-ipad/

At some point there may be a Firefox for iOS, but right now there are no plans to do so.
