download spead is slower than upload speed with high speed internet
Wireless lap top computer: Internet speed to this computer is about 18mb up load 3mb. runs great
PC computer: I have been having problems with downing loading short video such as a YouTube. I have tested cables for modem and router. For this computer I have less then 1mb download and 2.3mb upload. Defrag, cookies, disc, all are as they should be, 4 ram, and Charter Security Suite up to date.
Is it possible Mozilla is part of the problem with the PC slow download and higher up-load?

by jscher2000If you are using a Flash-based speed test, you may need to optimize Flash first before you get useful results in the test. Check out this thread: Firefox too slow to respond.
Regarding video downloads, also make sure you are fully up-to-date with your RealNetworks software.
