Не приходит письмо сброса пароля для Sync
При попытке восстановления забытого пароля к учетной записи Sync письмо для сброса не приходит на volkis404r@list.ru. Решение, описанное в support.mozilla.org/ru/questions/907230 не помогает (последовательно были выполнены очистка cookies, сброс Firefox к первоначальным настройкам, полная очистка профиля и наконец переустановка Firefox). При всех попытках сброса появляется сообщение об их удаче: We have emailed a reset code to the email address we have on file for you. Please use it within the next 6 hours, or it will become invalid, однако на e-mail письмо сброса не поступает. Спам-фильтры исключены. Прошу помощи с восстановлением доступа к своей учетной записи Sync.

Thanks for the answer though it is unclear how information what not I one suffered from problems with Firefox can help me with recovery of the account of Sync. Here also my first step to Google Chrome is taken - nobody would like to lose the data because of similar failures. It is a pity that Firefox so disappointed me after four years of use.
