avg antivirus no longer work with lastest mozilla update. Which free antivius does work with this now.
Had free AVG antivirus that could detect virus,etc. Was just sent an update in the last day or two that I installed, but it says AVG will no longer detect virus, etc. Which free best antivirus works to detect everything it should with this latest update from Firefox? Thank you

by the-edmeisterFirefox doesn't have the ability to disable an anti-virus application, you need to read that message again. I'm sure it was talking about some silly little AVG addon which duplicates a feature that Firefox already has.
I stay away from AV programs that feel the need for installing garbage like that.
