Firefox window doesn't open when you click the Firefox icon.
I have tried solving the problem with the solution you offered but it still doesn't work.
I cant find those the Virtual Browsing feature in my security software...

If you click the Firefox icon but no Firefox window opens and no error message is shown, a simple first step is to restart your computer and then try again. If Firefox still does not start, see the following sections.
Firefox will not start after updating

You can try to access the support forum/online support of the security software. For many of the common configurations please see this.
You may also want to check if Firefox is executable via its icon in the installation directory.
