I HAVE 'DOWNLOADED' FIVE TIMES, BUT IT ALWAYS OPENS AS NOT YET DOWNLADED.
I GO THROUGH THE DOWNLOADING PROCESS OVER AND OVER, BUT THE NEXT TIME IT OPENS, IT SAYS I HAVEN'T DOWNLOADED
